About Me!

I'm Candace Clay, founder of Candi Aesthetics & Consulting and proud faculty member with Aesthetic Sales Hero. My passion is helping aesthetic practices thrive — not just by increasing revenue, but by elevating the patient experience and creating long-term, sustainable growth.

My career spans more than 20 years in pharmaceutical sales, surgical devices, and aesthetics, with experience at companies like Galderma Aesthetics, Sun Pharma, and Ethicon. I've launched products, built territories, trained teams, and partnered with physicians across specialties — giving me a rare perspective that blends clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and business strategy.

Through my consulting work, I focus on:
